Hi, I’m Teara.
I help women of faith heal deeply, lead boldly, and rise with clarity and confidence. As a Core Belief Transformation Coach with expertise in emotional and relational intelligence, mental health, and leadership across both ministry and the marketplace, I walk alongside women to reconnect them to the truth of who they are and the power of who God called them to be.
But before I ever coached others, I was her.
The woman who didn’t know her true identity.
The leader who operated from wounds, not worth.
The strong one silently unraveling, believing survival was strength.

That’s why I created The Healed Leader Institute a safe, sacred, and Christ-centered space where women can untangle from emotional pain, spiritual burnout, and leadership fatigue. A place to heal, rise, and lead with wholeness and holy confidence.

Rooted in sound theology and shaped by years of real-world experience, I understand the sacred weight of a woman’s call. My mission is clear:
To help women heal at the root so they no longer lead from brokenness, but from restoration, identity, and divine authority.
